Watsons Sold Me Broken Rexona Deo And Refuses To Replace It

Watsons sold me a Rexona deo. Its not working properly but they act like we stole the product. This is not acceptable they ask me to take a video send it open a request, they think im a co-worker of them? its not my job to do it. Change this product asap, It's clear that the product was manufactured this way, not ptoperly working. When I went to their store to exchange it, the employees were unhelpful and treated me as if I had stolen the item. It was a terrible experience and I felt very uncomfortable. I urgently request a replacement for the defective product. They have no right to make feel this way...
