Watsons Promised to Refund and Compensate for Failed Shampoo Delivery

On November 11, I got two sets of shampoo at a discount. A message said they'd be at the store in one month, on November 9. I went there and couldn't find the goods. They said they were on their way in another message. I went back and forth to the store two or three times during this time because I was confused by all the different messages. I made a complaint on Sikayetvar after about a month. They called and said they had processed a ₺100 refund and suggested that a ₺100 voucher be sent out. I keep telling them I want the products, but they say there's no way to get them. I paid about ₺120 for those two things back then, but now I can't get them for less than ₺500. They won't even use the ₺100 coupon, which they should have done from the start. Send the goods or give a voucher based on the present value. If not, I'll have to go to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I hope that the problem is solved quickly.
