I asked for a sulfate-free shampoo after getting a keratin treatment straightened at your Kayseri Forum location. I highlighted its necessity, and your salesperson handed me the blue bottle labeled Herbal Essences, a healing shampoo. They informed me that it was sulfate-free, so I used it. After only two or three washes, my hair returned to its normal state. The keratin treatment was utterly damaged, and I discovered the shampoo was not sulfate-free at all. When I protested at the store, your employees stated, "We can't do anything; there won't be any result." They requested me to bring the stuff, so I filed a complaint. When I bought it, they immediately offered to exchange it. However, when I bought it, they refused to accept it. I indicated that I could make the purchase using my phone number or a Watsons card. They answered, "No, you have to bring the product." When I presented it, they remarked, "We can see it already." When I inquired why I had to bring it, I became enraged, and the store manager remarked, "I haven't seen someone like you." I lost ₺2500 and threatened to take legal action if not compensated. I can provide evidence of your store managers' and employees' disrespect, as well as my hairdresser's bill and my visit to the store on that day. I can also prove my purchase. I'm a Watson customer. I informed them that I would be leaving negative evaluations about their store from now on, especially if the managers did not call to apologize and compensate for my loss. Otherwise, I indicated I would take legal action. Attorney Na**** ***bıyık promptly rejected complaint number 745005. I'd like you to know that I reserve the right to seek any damages.
