I often buy things at Watsons, a brand I like, both online and in-store. But today at the Bursa Korupark Shopping Mall branch, I ran into a frustrating problem. When I went to pay for something, the cashier showed me a different amount than what was written on the item's label, so I wasn't able to buy it at that price. To make things even worse, the cashier, a person named O***, and someone who said they were the store manager were rude and loudly yelled at the customers. Not only were they acting badly, but they also made the store a bad place to shop. I'm upset that they might make people not want to buy the brand. I want to make a complaint about the employees and am set on buying the item at the price that was written on the label. I also want the right steps to be taken to quickly take care of this issue.
