Watsons Online Order Wrong Address Delivery And Incomplete Refund

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with Watsons online shopping and the fact that I cannot reach any live customer representative by phone to resolve it. In my online order, the product was sent to the wrong address and went back and forth twice, but never reached me. In addition, a refund was issued, but the amount refunded was less than the amount I originally paid, so there is both a delivery problem and a missing refund. Over the last approximately 15 days, I have called Watsons customer service by phone around 50–60 times, specifically to explain these issues to a live representative, but I have not been able to reach anyone. The call center does not connect me with a live person in any way, and I am left without any support on an issue that directly concerns my payment. To resolve this, I also sent an email and did not receive any response. I wrote through the support section of the mobile application, and I was informed that I would be called as soon as possible, but although about a week has passed since then, no one has called me back. I request that my order and delivery problem be examined in detail, that the product either be correctly delivered to my address or that the full amount I paid be refunded without any deficiency, and that I be contacted as soon as possible by a live customer representative so that I can clearly explain the situation and receive information about the process.
Progress
Three days ago, my complaint with the number 35372804 regarding Watsons was posted on Şikayetvar, but despite the time that has passed, the company has not responded in any way. Because I have previously experienced similar irresponsibility, this situation has now led to a loss of trust for me.
Regarding my current complaint posted on Şikayetvar, I want Watsons to contact me as soon as possible, provide the necessary information, and handle the process seriously.

My product was ordered to the store on February 15, but due to an address error it was sent back to Istanbul, then redirected to Aydın Söke. I paid 549 TL, only 509 TL was refunded, and the missing 40 TL has not been resolved. I called customer service repeatedly, but couldn't reach live support and received no response. Throughout this process I have seen no progress from the company and I am dissatisfied.
