Volkswagen Taigo Wireless Car Play Music Interruption Issue

I bought a VW Taigo model (Style package) vehicle from your VW Tamaş (Turkey) dealer on 23.12.2022. The car has had problems with the multimedia system since the day I bought it. The wireless connection feature does not work, there are constant disconnections. The same problems continue when I connect it with a cable, in addition, the multimedia control keys on the steering wheel often lose their function and do not work. Although I did report these problems to both customer service and your authorized service before (in the form of video footage), and inspections were made about the vehicle, no solution was found in the period of about 3 months, and no information can be given about when the problem will be resolved. This situation causes the driver to be distracted as a result of sudden disconnections while driving, thus increasing the probability of an accident. Today, the use of multimedia features of cars (listening to music, live navigation and traffic conditions, etc.) has become essential. Customers want to increase driving comfort by paying additional fees for these features. It is unacceptable not to use them in a vehicle. As a customer, I think that there can be no reasonable justification for selling defective goods and asking us to use this product indefinitely without correcting the defect. You, as a VW company, are breaking the contract (support during the warranty period, etc.) that you have given to the customer at the beginning and you are not fulfilling it. You say that there is no problem in most of the vehicles sold, you state that there is a problem in very few of them. Is it very difficult for you to bring the same multimedia systems to the vehicles with problems ? How long will you continue to make fools of minority customers like me, so to speak ? Stay away from the VW Company. VW is regret !!!
