I Face Recurring Sensor Failures on My 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan and Still No Resolution

I own a 2024 model Volkswagen Tiguan and have been dealing with persistent sensor errors that I later found out are known, chronic issues with this model. Multiple warning messages appeared on the dashboard, so I took the car to the authorized Volkswagen service center at Diyarbakır Dicle. It stayed there for two days. While they claimed the issue was resolved, the same sensor faults reappeared shortly after.

To make things worse, during the repair process, they tampered with the odometer. Now, I’m being told that in order to restore the original mileage, communication with Germany is required. Meanwhile, my vehicle has been sitting at the service center for 5 days without any updates. I asked for a replacement vehicle during this period and was outright denied.

The local distributor in Turkey tells me to just wait, while Volkswagen Germany redirects me back to the Turkish office, saying they can’t intervene. I’m stuck in a loop with no one taking real responsibility.

Volkswagen, this is completely unacceptable for a premium-priced vehicle. I spent serious money (₺) expecting quality and reliable support — and received neither. I demand immediate action to resolve the sensor problems, correct the odometer issue, and provide a temporary replacement vehicle. This situation has turned into pure regret. Stand behind your brand and fix this now.
