Volkswagen Taigo Wireless Car Play Music Interruption Issue

Firstly, I am a customer from Turkey, and I couldn’t get satisfactory feedback from the authorized service or authorized distributor company in Turkey (Doğuş Otomotiv). I bought a Volkswagen Taigo 2024 1.0 Life 110Hp DSG vehicle in March 2024. I have been using it for 3 months and have driven approximately 4000 km. I have been facing an issue since the first day. The issue is that the music is being interrupted for a short moment when connected to “Apple CarPlay” via wireless. I have tried different phones and music platforms, but I couldn’t get a different result.
When I created a service appointment at Otokur (Authorized Volkswagen Service in Sakarya, a city in Turkey), they checked the vehicle’s software versions and couldn’t update them since the vehicle is up to date. They just stated that “This is an ordinary situation, you may connect your mobile phone via cable, we have a lot of complaints like this, there is no solution, and this is not a problem.” According to me, if this feature is listed in the vehicle catalog, it should work well.
I contacted the authorized distributor company, Doğuş Otomotiv, and they stated the same. I rented the same car in Spain two weeks ago (Taigo 2024), and I didn't face the same issue in 4 days. This means VW sells different vehicles to Europe and Turkey and ignores Turkish customers' issues.

Hello, about 1.5 months ago, the MMI software of my car was updated at the service. After the update, I no longer receive the error I used to get. Thank you for your cooperation. Additionally, if this issue had been addressed in a future software level, I could have waited patiently. As a customer, our expectation is to be taken into account and to feel that the brand stands behind the car after it is sold. This was what was missing. We have indirectly seen this now.
