Pocket Option Not Crediting My $70 and $60 Deposits

I am a Pocket Option user from South Africa, and I access my account through the web platform. My account ID is 124063640. I am writing because two deposits I recently made via bank transfer from my Capitec Bank account have still not been credited to my trading balance. Yesterday I deposited approximately 70 USD, and today I deposited approximately 60 USD. Despite both transfers being completed on my bank's side, neither amount is showing up in my Pocket Option balance. After noticing this, I opened a support ticket yesterday, but did not receive a response. Today, I submitted another complaint through your support system, but I still haven't gotten any help or explanation. I would like both deposits to be located and immediately credited to my Pocket Option trading balance, without further delay, or at least given a clear, urgent update on the status of these transactions. I'm hoping this issue will be resolved as soon as possible so that I can use the funds I have already transferred.
