I've been battling with Vodafone for months. I've lodged countless complaints and have been contacted numerous times. I've spoken to over 50 different customer representatives, but it seems like none of them have a clue about their job. They've mastered the art of apologizing but have no idea how to do their work correctly. Our internet has been a constant source of trouble, persisting for a year without resolution. They claim to use Kablo Net's infrastructure, and the only relief came when a Kablo Net technician stepped in and fixed it. Just when we thought the nightmare was over, Vodafone decided to restrict our internet access. Their excuse? Missing documents, even though they had come to our home, taken our signatures, and sent us a link to the contract. Now, they're imposing restrictions, stating we didn't sign the contract due to "missing paperwork." When we called to have it lifted, they claimed it could only be related to outstanding debts, which we didn't have. Two days ago, a Vodafone representative assured us that visiting a physical store could resolve the issue. They even said they would personally follow up. Today, we visited five stores, including the main branch, and none could find any restrictions linked to our ID. It's clear that these departments aren't communicating. We can't get anything done from either end. The lady who promised to handle it all and personally follow up? Nowhere to be found. We could switch to another internet provider and be done with it, but now it's a matter of principle. If they can't solve the issue of getting 75 Mbps internet to work at 1.4-1.9 Mbps in a year, they should just quit. If their policy involves coming to your house, signing a contract, then saying, "Oops, we lost those documents; let's restrict your internet and get another signature," they should definitely quit. I've stopped getting angry; I'm just amused at this point. Apparently, all Vodafone requires in their hiring process is the ability to say their name apologize, and of course, tell a good lie. No problem for me; I'll keep writing complaints until these issues are resolved.
