Vodafone - Improper Service Transfer

I requested the transfer of a phone line from another operator to Vodafone under my mother's name at a Vodafone store nine months ago. Unbeknownst to me, the store ported the line as a postpaid contract. I noticed this three months after the line was activated for the first time. I immediately contacted Vodafone, but they continuously stalled me. Despite repeated requests for an expert team to call me, I waited for hours on multiple occasions but received no response. Ultimately, my mother faced a legal case under her name due to Vodafone's actions. I have records of calls and applications in the system, and I requested signature comparisons but received incomprehensible replies. For about two months, I've been in regular contact with customer service, yet the expert team hasn't once returned to address the issue. They listen only one-sidedly, saying "You're wrong." I'm not wrong. Your store engaged in irregularities, and you're shielding them.
