Vodafone Restricted My Line Due To Lack Of Documents During Transfer

34

I'm in an aggravating situation with Vodafone. My phone line was restricted due to incomplete documentation during a transfer process at a Vodafone store. When I called customer service to resolve the problem, I was directed back to the Vodafone store. When I went to the store, they dismissed me, saying that customer service should handle it. I'm stuck in a loop where I can't make calls or use my phone. I've been feeling helpless for days. I'm left wondering how I can get this restriction removed and reclaim my phone line. The back-and-forth between the store and customer service is extremely aggravating, and I'm looking for a solution to this problem, which is causing significant inconvenience and distress in my daily life.
