Vodafone Internet Constantly Disconnecting
I filed a complaint on August 22nd, and it is now September 27th, and my issue is still unresolved. A Vodafone representative called me and was very understanding, acknowledging my frustration with the lack of productivity from home internet and saying, "You're absolutely right; it's not comfortable this way," among other things. She asked me to keep track of the interruptions and assured me that she would personally handle and resolve the situation. What was the end result? Vodafone stated that they were unable to identify any technical issues, adding, "You're right; it shouldn't be this way." But here's the truth: I'm not cooking and serving the internet on a platter; we can't even use the internet reliably from room to room within our own home. The connection drops every minute for 2-3 minutes, which happens 15-20 times per day. What's more, guess what? There is no issue, according to Vodafone. There is no fiber-speed service, and Vodafone is constantly disrupted and frozen. They pretend to be excellent support but decide there isn't a problem. I hope you don't profit from services you didn't provide.
