VodafoneNet Unable And Unwilling To Resolve Internet Problems

Since August 6th, I have been facing a persistent technical problem with Vodafone Net. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them, I have not received any response at all. Every single day, I've been reaching out, making phone calls, and submitting complaints, yet it seems as though my efforts are falling on deaf ears. I deeply regret my decision to go with Vodafone Net for my home internet connection and feel compelled to caution others against making the same error. I am amazed by the complete absence of customer support. It is truly disheartening and leaves me feeling incredibly frustrated and utterly helpless. I had higher expectations from a company of this caliber, but this experience has been absolutely dreadful.
