Trying to Leave Vodafone Without Paying Termination Fee
After filing complaint #1-5040679024891, I'm fed up with Vodafone. I want to leave them without having to pay a termination fee. I've called their customer service several times, and each time, they've just hung up on me. My phone hasn't received a signal in over two months. I even bought a new phone, thinking it would solve the problem, but it didn't. I spent 200 tl on a spare SIM card, thinking it was the line, but that also didn't work. Vodafone is as worthless as it gets, with no solutions, no network coverage, and a refusal to assist when it is my right. Their customer service department keeps saying, "We've identified the problem; we're fixing it," but nothing ever improves. Is it really that difficult for them to provide the service that people deserve without charging a premium? Their customer service representatives are only good at stalling. If my problem isn't resolved soon, I'll take it to Consumer Rights, as Vodafone has financially and emotionally drained me. Vodafone, farewell!
