Vivense Sent Me a Nero Velvet Corner Sofa That Started Sagging in Just 5 Days

I purchased a Nero velvet corner sofa, and unfortunately, I noticed on the 5th day that it was already sagging when it arrived. As a result, I initiated a return request. A technical team came, recorded a video, and created a report. However, I still haven't received any update regarding the timeline. What’s worse, the cushions have continued to sag even more over time, and despite emailing Vivense, I haven't received any response. I even asked for a simple update or estimated resolution date, but no one has bothered to reply. I trusted the quality of this product, but it has only caused stress. If you do not get back to me, I will be forced to initiate legal proceedings.
