Vivense: Sagging Couch & Unacceptable Delays


I purchased couches from Vivense, but they started sagging very quickly. I first contacted them on February 6th, and they agreed to reupholster them. They picked up the couches on February 29th and promised delivery within 21 business days.
Despite exceeding that timeframe, when I emailed them, they claimed the Sakarya/Serdivan showroom was fully booked until after the holiday and that they would reschedule and notify me via email.
By the time the couches are reupholstered after the holiday, it will have been almost 2 months, and I don't believe they care about this unreasonable delay.
Vivense can only be contacted through email or their showroom; it's impossible to reach their headquarters directly. Shopping with Vivense has been a complete nightmare. I only have one living room, and I'm left without any couches.
To make matters worse, the warranty will expire during this waiting period, so if the reupholstering is poorly done, I won't have any recourse to complain.
If you want to be treated poorly and experience endless delays, then by all means, shop at Vivense.
