Vivense Ignored My Repeated Sofa Collapse Issue and Failed to Provide Support

I have faced ongoing problems with Vivense concerning their sofa, which has collapsed on three separate occasions. Even though I was assured that a team would arrive to strengthen the lower part with new foam, no one has come, and contacting customer service has been a challenge. Their store phones are consistently unavailable, and the only way to reach them is through WhatsApp, but there's no response there either. I'm really frustrated with a defective product and the lack of assistance. A company such as Vivense needs to provide dependable customer service, particularly following several product issues. If they keep overlooking the problem, I will have to take further action by submitting a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I remain optimistic that they will acknowledge their responsibility and professionally address this issue.
