Vivense Still Hasn't Delivered My Chairs

On April 4th, the delivery team collected my chairs, assuring me that they would be returned after the holiday. It's been more than a month, and I'm still waiting for my chairs. Regardless of my repeated attempts to communicate via email, I continue to receive unsatisfactory responses. This is highly reckless. In the past, when I encountered a similar problem, the repair was efficiently completed at my residence within half an hour. What's the reason for the delay this time? Furthermore, why is nobody assuming accountability? As a customer who furnished my home with Vivense, I must say that this experience has been extremely disappointing. I have decided not to continue shopping with you, so you have lost a customer. Please return my chairs as soon as possible.
