Vivense Still Hasn’t Refunded Me for the Two Chairs I Ordered
I ordered 2 chairs from Vivense on June 6th with the expectation that they would be delivered before the 23rd—nothing happened. I contacted the support desk multiple times, and each time I received the same meaningless response: "We will contact the related department and let you know." This is not a real answer. I submitted a complaint on Xolvie, and someone from Vivense called me to say they couldn't source the material to manufacture the chairs and would refund my money. It has been over two weeks since that call, and still no refund. After reading other complaints, I realized Vivense may be in serious trouble. They seem to offer attractive deals just to collect orders and use customers’ money as interest-free loans. They don’t respond to inquiries and continue to hold onto the funds. I feel I have no choice but to take legal action and file a complaint with the President’s office. I just want my money back.
