Vivense Does Not Send Products And Does Not Refund Money

I ordered an armchair and a TV unit from the company. They gave the delivery date as 19.07.2024. The armchair arrived at the beginning of August, but the TV unit did not arrive. I said okay, cancel and refund my money. The store said that they had made a request to the center for this, and that they would call me to get bank information. 3 weeks have passed and no one has called. In the meantime, I contacted the store 2 more times and they said that I had to wait. I have never seen a company that is so frivolous and doesn't care about customer satisfaction at all. When I went to the store, I saw others suffering like me, everyone is suffering from the same situation. Definitely don't think about Vivense, don't even enter the store. If you have a problem, you cannot find anyone to contact you. It seems like there is no such company. I definitely recommend you stay away.
