Vivense Failed to Deliver My Replacement Blue Chair for Months

I bought two blue chairs from Vivense. One of them had unstable legs, but I didn’t complain. The other one, however, arrived incomplete—it was impossible to assemble one of the legs due to a missing part. The assembly team tried to attach the legs elsewhere, which completely ruined the chair’s balance, so I rejected it. The chair was clearly defective and incomplete, but the team left without doing anything. Since then, I’ve called and written multiple times; after two months, they sent chair legs instead of the missing part. It was clear they hadn’t even read my form, and at some point, they even canceled my complaint. Eventually, they agreed to send a new product, but now I’ve been waiting four months. Today they said they would deliver it—again, no one showed up. The lack of care from this brand is unbelievable. They told me to send an email—I did, no response. I called—everyone just passes the responsibility. I messaged on WhatsApp—no reply. I even went to the physical store, and all they said was, “Send an email.” What kind of customer service is this? No one knows anything, no one offers solutions. I’ve lost my money, time, and patience. I’ve never experienced this level of negligence from any other brand. It’s hard to believe they’re still in business despite so many complaints.
