On 12.02.2025, one of the products delivered (3-seater sofa) was delivered to me faulty, below the quality limit, with faulty stitching. The support request I opened on the same date via vivense.com was deleted without informing me. When I reached out to customer service again on 13.02.2025 for the same problem, I was informed that ''return etc. requests are made via vivense.com''. Again, on the same date, the request I opened via the site was deleted again. The request I opened again on 14.02.2025 was deleted again without informing me and I was not informed. The company offers substandard customer satisfaction. There is no customer service you can reach when you call.
