Vivense Delivered a Faulty Sofa and Deleted My Support Requests



On 12.02.2025, one of the products delivered (3-seater sofa) was delivered to me faulty, below the quality limit, with faulty stitching. The support request I opened on the same date via vivense.com was deleted without informing me. When I reached out to customer service again on 13.02.2025 for the same problem, I was informed that ''return etc. requests are made via vivense.com''. Again, on the same date, the request I opened via the site was deleted again. The request I opened again on 14.02.2025 was deleted again without informing me and I was not informed. The company offers substandard customer satisfaction. There is no customer service you can reach when you call. Before taking the case to court, I am trying to reach them one last time via Xolvie and I am informing them through this letter that I will not try to contact them again. Order number: 447707235617

The brand quoted a fee of 1700 TL for the sofa replacement. The customer representative who called me said I could pay in installments. Since there was a problem with the payment page link, I contacted customer service again. This time, no matter what I said, the customer representative insisted that the payment had to be made in full. They asked for a bank transfer. I paid, cursing. Then, a few days ago, a lady from customer service told me that if I gave the brand 4-5 stars on 'şikayetvar', they would give me a gift voucher. I guess they thought this way they could clear their name. Even if you give me a new sofa set, I will tell everyone around me about what you have done.
