Marks and Spencer Deleted My Reward Points Without Enough Notice

7

Reward points were added to my Marks and Spencer card during July 2026, and I planned to use these points for future purchases. However, I was only informed by SMS one week before that these points would be deleted in August 2026.

Deleting the points with such a short notice period and informing customers so late feels like a practice that pressures customers into making purchases quickly and creates unfair inconvenience. I request that the validity period of my reward points be extended for a reasonable amount of time, or at the very least, that any short expiration period be clearly and transparently communicated to customers from the beginning.

I kindly request that my deleted reward points be reinstated and that I be given a reasonable period in which I can use them for my future purchases.
