Vivense Furniture Delivery Delayed Without Explanation: Poor Customer Service Experience


On January 1, 2025, I ordered a TV stand from Vivense. When I saw that the delivery time was approximately 25 days, I decided to cancel my order within 24 hours. However, it’s impossible to reach their live support by phone, as they direct you to their support email address. I sent a cancellation request via the support email, well within the 24-hour window, but I haven’t received any response. My order status still shows as "being prepared." I’ve been unable to speak with a real person through Vivense’s live support, and my emails and requests remain unanswered. Vivense has proven to be highly unprofessional and seems to prioritize causing inconvenience to its customers.
