Worst Delayed Delivery Experience with Vivense for Ordered Chairs
On November 6, 2023, I bought four chairs from the Vivense Kozyata booth. The original delivery date of November 21st through November 28th was pushed back by one week. I had a similar problem with a Vivense order my sister placed last year, and I told the responsible person at the showroom about it. I said I didn't want to go through with the order if there were going to be delays, and I was told that any delay would be no longer than a week. I called them while I was away, and they told me that the Kozyata branch would get back to me about what was going on. There was no response from customer service even though they were called many times. I finally found out today from customer service that my fabric had just been sent to the factory, after waiting for two weeks. Customers have always been let down by this company, which uses delays caused by suppliers as an excuse to bother them. I'm going to tell everyone about my experience, even consumer protection groups. Even worse, I found out today, December 17, that the fabric for my order had just arrived at the factory. If you want to feel safe, stay away from this brand. I feel bad that I bought something from them, and I hope other people learn from my mistake. They don't even have a general headquarters number. The only people you can talk to are the uninformed customer service reps who say they don't know anything about the supply process. Vivense, you're a shame, and I may not buy from you again. If I have to, I plan to go to court! Learn to give the service and products that are morally right in exchange for the money you get.
