Avoid Vivense! Unreliable Delivery, Broken Promises, No Customer Support
Vivense is a company that should be avoided at all costs. I bought a coffee table on 03.12.23, and my order number is 043306662634. I was given a delivery date that was 40 days away, but I didn't mind since I wasn't in a rush. On the 39th day, I went to the showroom to check on my order, and they nonchalantly mentioned, "You've still got some time before the delivery date." Can you believe it? It's been a whopping 50 days and my order hasn't even been shipped yet. I talked to customer service, but they couldn't fix the problem. I decided to cancel the order, and they informed me that it would take approximately two weeks for the refund to be processed. It's been 20 days and I'm still waiting for them to process my refund. This company is unable to fulfill orders for even a single coffee table, lacks professionalism, and does not prioritize customer satisfaction.
