Vivense Promised Fast Delivery Yet No 3-Seater Sofas or Armchair

We ordered 3-seater sofas and 1 armchair from Vivense Bornova store on June 9, 2024, with a fast delivery campaign, with the order number "9bea07001237". It was promised that they had a ready-made 3-seater sofa product and that it would be delivered within 6 days and would be delivered on June 17 at the latest. By the way, we were told that even minutes are important so that we can benefit from the fast delivery campaign. The order was placed quickly. As of today, July 26th, we still have not received any product. During this period of approximately 2 months, we have been distracted by various lies (that all the transportation vehicles in which the warehouses are transported are in the process of transportation between warehouses, etc.). When we last asked on Friday last week, we were told that it had arrived at the Izmir warehouse, but when we went again today, we learned that it had not even left the Istanbul warehouse, let alone coming to Izmir, and that it would go to Bursa İnegöl warehouse after Istanbul, etc. Since we were moving and needed the furniture urgently, we bought the product they said they had without even making a different choice. Thanks to them, we haven't been able to move into the house for about 2 months because there is no sofa to sit on at home. When we went there today, they said if you want we can cancel the order as a solution. Suggestions that we go through the process of ordering from the beginning with a 2-month delay for an order we placed in order to receive it immediately. A company that is so cavalier, ignorant and has no business ethics. Our biggest regret is purchasing a product from this company without reading the comments here. After seeing the other comments here, we have doubts about how the products will come out, if they come at all. They put us in a very difficult situation both financially and spiritually. I do not recommend anyone to shop based on the deadline given by this company.
