TV Unit Order from Vivense Passed Its Shipment Delivery Date Already

We placed an order for a TV unit from Vivense on 11.11.2023, with an indicated delivery date between December 4th and 7th. As of now, it has been 9 days beyond the specified delivery date. The order number is eede06579866. Despite multiple emails, phone calls, and even visiting their store in Ümraniye Modoko, we have not received the promised attention. They assured us of a callback but failed to follow up as expected, leaving us in distress. Additionally, an amount of ₺16,600 for returned items has not been refunded, and it has been 10 days since the refund process started.
