Vivense Gave Me A Shopping Nightmare

I made a purchase with order number 9de206656039 on 11/30/2023, planning to visit the Vivense showroom using my daughter's membership. Even though I was informed at the showroom that installment plans of more than 3 were possible, there was some confusion during the confirmation process. This led to a misleading portrayal of a 6x5171 TL installment as a sale in Fethiye instead of Kuşadası. We made it clear that we wanted the delivery to be done before New Year. However, even though we were promised that the products would be completed by 25-26 December, they still haven't been delivered. The situation became more challenging when the delivery and installation teams assured a morning arrival but arrived late, contributing to the disorder.
