VivaVideo Charged Me After Cancelled Free Trial Without Permission

I used the free trial of the VivaVideo app and canceled my subscription before the trial period ended. However, despite this, on 24.09.2025, an amount of 1,339.90 ₺ was withdrawn from my card ending in 5001 without my permission. No payment should have been taken after the trial period expired. I contacted my bank regarding the issue and submitted a refund request. I have not yet reached out to VivaVideo customer service. I request that the amount be refunded to me as soon as possible; otherwise, I will pursue legal action. No one has the right to withdraw money from my account without my consent.
