Vitra Sent Me a Defective Replacement LED Mirror Again
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding a mirror I purchased from the Vitra brand, which was initially found to be defective and subsequently replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement mirror has also developed issues over time. Specifically, the brightness of the LED lights has noticeably diminished, and upon closer inspection, I have discovered scratches on the front surface that appear to have originated from the rear side of the mirror. These findings have raised serious concerns that the replacement may not have been a brand-new item, but rather a previously damaged product. Although the issue has been reviewed by your authorized service team, I have been informed that Vitra has decided not to offer a repair or replacement. I would like to emphasize that the product is still under warranty, and the problems mentioned above clearly suggest manufacturing or service-related defects. I respectfully request that my grievance be addressed appropriately, and that a repair or a full product replacement be provided under the terms of the warranty.
