Vitra Service Delay and Broken Parts Issue

I previously raised this issue, but it remains unresolved. In August, I contacted Vitra regarding a service need in Marmaris and was informed there was a local service provider. On September 7, I spoke with the authorized representative, who requested additional time due to their workload. I agreed to wait but followed up regularly.
Despite repeated calls, there has been no resolution. My last communication was on December 4, and I am still waiting for a response. To make matters worse, today, the second part holding the cover also broke, further complicating the situation.
This lack of accountability and service is unacceptable. I expect immediate action to resolve the issue and a proper explanation for the delay.
