Hello, On May 15, 2025, I purchased two boxes of lenses and contact lens solution from the Sakarya Çark Caddesi branch of Atasun Optik. Each box contained six lenses, meaning I purchased a total of 12 lenses. However, within a short time, the center of eight lenses became scratched and torn, rendering them unusable. I currently have only four lenses left, but due to their nature, they are also prone to tearing. This has jeopardized my eye health and caused financial harm. The lenses arrived at the store in a box, but I noticed they had been stored on a shelf exposed to direct sunlight. This detail has led me to question the quality of the products and their storage conditions. It's unacceptable for the products to tear so quickly. Furthermore, I haven't been able to use any of the lenses I purchased for even a month. I request that my issue be immediately evaluated and that a replacement or appropriate solution be offered.
