Request for Re-Evaluation of Product Inspection

On June 22, 2025, I purchased an optical frame from the Atasun Optik store at Sur Yapı AVM. Without ever using the product, I noticed that the frame was oxidized and stained when I took it to an optician to have the lenses fitted. I immediately reported the issue to Atasun Optik, and the product was sent for inspection. However, the result of the inspection was negative, and the report stated that a chemical substance had been detected on the product. It is absolutely clear that I have never used the product, nor has it come into contact with any chemical substance. Considering Atasun Optik’s commitment to customer satisfaction and the brand’s reputation, I strongly believe this result is unfair. I am requesting a one-to-one replacement of the product; if that is not possible, I would like to exchange it for a different product of equal value. I ask that my grievance be resolved and the inspection report be re-evaluated. My inspection code is: INC1171177.

It was stated that the reason for not processing under warranty was deformation due to use. The date I went to the eye doctor was the 14th of the month, and the date I delivered the product for inspection was the 16th. Since the product is an optical product, it is not possible for me to use it without going to the eye doctor and getting the lenses prescribed. Did the product get into this condition in just 2 days? I haven't even worn the product once yet. I have never associated this behavior with Atasun Optik's brand identity; until now, I always shopped there because it was a corporate company, but from now on I definitely won't trust them or shop there, and I do not recommend them to anyone.
