Viomi V5 Pro Vacuum Warranty Repair Gone Wrong

In February 2024, I sent my Viomi V5 Pro vacuum under warranty. After 42 days, my complaint to Consumer Rights was wrongly evaluated and rejected by the Consumer Arbitration Board. It was claimed that the product was repaired for ₺2500 on April 26, but it was delivered to me with another defect. In February 2024, my warranty-covered product was not working efficiently. The service initially stated that the fan was faulty, and I was kept waiting for 20 days. After 20 days, it was stated that the motherboard was burned out. The motherboard was sent to Istanbul for replacement. 20-25 days later, due to my application to the Consumer Arbitration Board, the product was returned to me without being repaired, and it was delivered to me with another defect without being tested.
