I purchased a Viomi V5 Pro robot vacuum from Vatan Bilgisayar in 2023, and from the very first day I have not been able to use it efficiently. The device consistently shows radar errors, mop errors, and water tank malfunctions. Over the last two years, I had to send it to service five separate times: once for a radar issue and four times for water tank problems.
Every time, the service center sent the vacuum back claiming it was “fixed,” but the issues were never actually resolved. In fact, in some cases, the device came back in worse condition. I even tested different power outlets, performed resets, and sent video proof of the errors to Viomi customer service multiple times. Despite this, my requests for a refund or product replacement were repeatedly rejected.
In some of the repairs, parts were replaced—two times the water tank and once the water pump—but the problems persisted. Each time I tried to use the mop mode after a repair, the vacuum still wouldn’t mop properly and continued to throw errors.
On July 21, 2025, I handed the device over to the Izmir Buca Sunny Authorized Service Center. When I checked it after the service process, it still wasn’t mopping, kept giving errors, and even stopped working on its own. The authorized service staff also witnessed these issues. For this reason, I refused to take the device back and instead sent it again for servicing on August 6, 2025.
The product is still under warranty, and I have not been asked to pay any additional costs during this entire process. My invoice number is IZO2023000035874.
After two years of repeated failures, unresolved repairs, and wasted time, I am demanding either a full refund or a replacement product. Customers should not be forced to deal with the same issues over and over when the product is clearly defective and cannot be properly fixed.
