Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop Pro Mapping Error

I bought the Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop Pro in white from Vatan Bilgisayar about a year and a half ago. I had problems with mapping, so I sent it to the service. The service said that we used our vacuum in a bad area, blamed us for making a mistake, and asked for ₺5000. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Court, claiming that the seller sold me a faulty product, and the court accepted my case. The Arbitration Commission agreed with that decision. When I went to the store after coming back home, they told me that they absolutely had to make the product and suggested that I take the matter to court. I don't get why there's an issue with a product that's still under warranty and why I have to go to court and spend my own money. I won't ever buy Xiaomi products again; I feel like I wasted my money. Yeah, there are definitely a lot of people who have had bad experiences with Xiaomi's customer service. I just wanted to let everyone know that I've come to the realization that the issue with the robot vacuum cannot be fixed. I'm sharing this so that others don't have to go through the same experience.
