Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop 2 Pro Repair Charges Without Approval
On January 17, 2025, I contacted Bestechnoloji for support regarding an issue with my Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop 2 Pro. Instead of providing proper assistance, they claimed the issue was due to user error and charged me over ₺5,000 for repairs—without my approval.
Two days later, they informed me that since I had not responded within their deadline, I would now have to pay ₺2,000 plus shipping fees just to get my vacuum back. If I refused, they would not return my product. When I called customer service, I pointed out that they should have disclosed these terms upfront, but their response was simply “It’s written on our website”, completely dismissing my concerns.
I have already filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, but I’m sharing my experience here to warn others against falling into the same trap. Xiaomi should reconsider working with such an unprofessional service provider!
