Ongoing Map Issues with Viomi v3 Pro After 4 Years of Use

I've been using the Viomi v3 Pro for 4 years, but lately, I've been having some problems with the mapping function. The device consistently produces maps that are not fully accurate and does not effectively clean areas that it has correctly mapped. The boundaries I set are not being respected, despite my attempts to delete and reload the maps multiple times. I even went as far as resetting to factory settings, but unfortunately, none of these actions have yielded any positive results. Consequently, I am currently unable to utilize the device in any way.
