Persistent Mapping Issues with Roidmi Robot Vacuum, Frustrated After Two Years

I purchased a Roidmi robot vacuum and have been using it for about two years, but it has consistently had problems with its mapping. Not a single day has it worked properly without the map getting messed up. I haven't seen or heard of such issues with other cheaper robot vacuums. Whenever I contact customer service, they just tell me that they’re trying to fix the problem, but after two years of the same response, I’m exhausted from dealing with this ongoing map issue. I expected better performance from Roidmi, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of a lasting solution.
