Viomi V5 Pro Robot Vacuum Repeated Malfunctions and Lack of Support
I purchased a Viomi V5 Pro robot vacuum approximately two years ago. Initially, I had no issues, but later I encountered several problems, such as mapping errors and inadequate cleaning performance. I took the vacuum to the authorized service center three times. During the first visit, they claimed that dust had entered the device, which was surprising for a product designed to collect dust.
When I mentioned the mapping issues during subsequent visits, they assured me everything was fine and returned the vacuum. After bringing it home, it worked well for a few days, but the same problems resurfaced. I no longer wish to seek help from the same service center, but they refuse to direct me to service centers in Istanbul or Ankara, despite my repeated requests.
Is it a joke to experience so many problems with a product I paid for and that comes with a warranty? I have screenshots and videos showing the vacuum's performance before and after using the program. Please do not return the product to me claiming it has been fixed or that there are no issues. I expect proper attention and request that the authorized team address the problems with my product. Thank you.
