VFS Global Still Hasn’t Refunded My UK Visa Fees Weeks After Cancellation
I canceled my UK visa application through VFS Global on May 12, and was told that my consular fees and Premium Lounge service charges would be refunded within 10 to 15 business days. It has now been far longer than that, and I still haven’t received any of the refunds.
Both my spouse and I applied together, and neither of our payments have been returned. The delay is unacceptable, especially considering the fact that VFS stated a clear timeline for reimbursement. We followed all procedures properly and expected professional follow-through in return.
