VFS Global Charged Me Twice and Provided No Refund or Support
I applied for a visa through VFS Global, filled out the application form, and made the payment. However, I later realized I had submitted an incomplete form, so I canceled my application. Despite this, I never received any refund, notification, or email regarding the status of my refund.
After this issue, I attempted to book a Flex appointment, but I received a message saying my payment was pending. Shortly after, I was informed that my payment had failed and the appointment was not booked. However, my account was still charged for the amount.
Additionally, when I uploaded my documents via e-Government, the system falsely flagged my file as containing a virus, forcing me to pay extra fees to upload the documents in person at the VFS office. The staff at the office assured me the upload was successful, yet after my visa appointment, I checked the system and saw that the document was missing.
Throughout this frustrating process, VFS Global staff provided zero assistance. Every time I asked for clarification, the response was either vague or simply "I don’t know." This level of service is completely unacceptable.
I am demanding an immediate refund for the incorrect charges and a resolution to my complaints. VFS Global’s poor service and lack of accountability must be addressed. I expect a prompt response from the company.
