Dear VFS Global,
On March 14, 2025, I booked a UK visa appointment through your online system and paid for additional services including Courier Return, Notification Service, and Document Upload Assistance—totaling ₺2,360. However, I later canceled my visa application directly through the UK government’s official platform, which promptly refunded my payment.
Following this, I also canceled the services I had booked through VFS Global since no services were actually provided. Yet, despite my cancellation, I have not received any refund from VFS Global.
Charging customers for services that were never rendered is simply not fair. I expect a full refund for the canceled services without further delay. The process should be transparent and customer-centric—especially when dealing with international applications and high service fees.
