I applied for a UK tourist visa through VFS Global and completed my payment on Gov.uk as required. After being redirected to the VFS Global website, I attempted to make the necessary payment but received an error message.

Now, every time I log in, I see the message: "Your appointment is not confirmed, and your payment is in progress", yet I have not even made the payment on their site. This means I am stuck in the process, unable to proceed or book an appointment.

To make matters worse, there is no available contact number to explain the situation or resolve the issue. I need urgent assistance to either complete my payment or reset my application so I can proceed with my visa appointment. Please resolve this issue immediately!
