Struggling with Document Submission for Ireland Visa at VFS Global

On May 16, 2024, I visited the Ankara branch for an Ireland visa application, but I was told to come back as my documents were incomplete. I created a new appointment through the VFS Global website, but I can't track the visa with the reference number provided during the application. I keep receiving an "invalid entry" error. I can't access or download the documents in any way. I've scheduled another appointment for Monday, but I need access to the documents. Additionally, the reference number for the documents doesn't match the one I used to schedule the appointment. I would appreciate your assistance.
