Czechya Tourist Visa Appointment Date Change Error

I had booked an appointment for a Czech Tourist Visa for myself and my spouse on March 25, 2024, from Ankara. I wanted to change this appointment date and contacted them by phone. They informed me that I had the option to change the date twice, but it could only be done through the website. When I clicked on 'Reschedule Appointment,' I encountered an error message saying 'dashboard.Messages. Error messages.Message3'. When I reached out to VFS Global via email, they instructed me to clear my browser history and cookies. I followed this step, but the situation remained unchanged. Upon contacting them again, I received a response advising me to try from a device I hadn't used before after some time had passed. Even after waiting a day and trying from a different device, the outcome remained the same. I demand a prompt resolution to this issue for changing the appointment date.
