However, after being informed that there were no available appointment dates, the site directed me to a waiting list form. I filled out and submitted the form, and received an email confirmation. Surprisingly, today, August 13, 2024, at 4:47 PM, I received a phone call stating that the category I selected was 'incorrect,' and therefore, my waiting list application was canceled. When I logged back into the VFS Global website to reapply, I noticed that the Education, Internship, and Research Visa Appointment category for the Ankara branch had been removed. I have already been trying to get a visa appointment for 2 months, and your emails state that nothing can be done about this issue. After finally getting close to an appointment for the first time in 2 months, you suddenly remove the category. My internship start date (October 28, 2024) is approaching, and since I haven't been able to secure an appointment from you, I am afraid that my internship will be postponed and my money will be wasted. Due to this fear, I am hesitant to arrange my flight ticket or accommodation. Please take responsibility for the error on your site or any decision you have made afterward and assist me immediately.
