VFS Global Erasmus+ Internship Appointment Issue

On August 12, 2024, around 11 AM, I tried to book an Education, Internship, and Research Visa Appointment from your Ankara branch through your website. However, after being informed that there were no available appointment dates, the site directed me to a waiting list form. I filled out and submitted the form, and received an email confirmation. Surprisingly, today, August 13, 2024, at 4:47 PM, I received a phone call stating that the category I selected was 'incorrect,' and therefore, my waiting list application was canceled. When I logged back into the VFS Global website to reapply, I noticed that the Education, Internship, and Research Visa Appointment category for the Ankara branch had been removed. I have already been trying to get a visa appointment for 2 months, and your emails state that nothing can be done about this issue. After finally getting close to an appointment for the first time in 2 months, you suddenly remove the category. My internship start date (October 28, 2024) is approaching, and since I haven't been able to secure an appointment from you, I am afraid that my internship will be postponed and my money will be wasted. Due to this fear, I am hesitant to arrange my flight ticket or accommodation. Please take responsibility for the error on your site or any decision you have made afterward and assist me immediately.
