Good day, I am Semih Sertan Y****, the father of Sofia Y****. My daughter’s application UID is 793382848 and her passport number is U37906812. On June 30, 2025, I sent her documents via UPS Premium delivery to the VFS Global Ankara address. Her document submission appointment was scheduled for July 7, 2025, which is today. However, to my surprise, the passport and all the documents I sent were returned to me via UPS without any explanation. There was no rejection letter, and it seems that no review was even conducted. Apparently, the VFS Ankara address changed on July 4, 2025, and they returned the package on the same day. This is completely unreasonable. You’re located in the same city—why didn’t you internally forward the documents instead of sending them back to me? I paid ₺2000 for round-trip shipping, and it was wasted. I sent the documents on time, and now we’ve missed our scheduled appointment because of this. I request an immediate solution and compensation for this inconvenience.
